WHAT I ATE BEFORE THAT DONUT:
Quick Guac Dipper:
2 avocados, chunky or mashed well, personal preference here
2 baby cucumbers, diced
1/3 red pepper, diced- Use rest on your platter!
3 T finely chopped cilantro .
3 T pomegranate seeds
1. Begin with juice of 1 lemon, taste and add if you want
3. Some kind of sweetening agent- I used coconut sugar. You can use maple syrup or whatever you want on hand. Begin with 1 tsp (we do this just to mellow the acidity), and taste and adjust.
